Why did the news deny this for hours after it happened? We have no idea and we are still getting conflicting reports a day later, can we trust any of our news outlets anymore? The news out of Japan is sad, can we at least get some decent reporting?

We are currently dealing with not just a daughter going to college, but also a wife who is going back to school to become a teacher and the most amazing thing is that teaching methods remain stuck in the 1950’s for the most part. As the night proceeds, the starry sky displays its beauties, including the outstanding shape of the Milky Way; just below the horizon, headlights of cars pass by, as astronomers and engineers on the site are busy working and driving from one facility to the other and further down, to the ALMA Operations Support Facility (OSF), the base camp for the everyday, routine operation of the observatory, located at an altitude of 2900 meters.

Britney Spears–Hold It Against Me Video

The long wait is over, and the world has gotten its first look at the full video for Britney Spears‘ ‘Hold It Against Me’ video.
The video, which first aired just before Thursday’s episode of Jersey Shore on MTV, was directed by Jonas Akerlund, who brought a sense of darkness and edge to Brit’s new tune. The new Britney is a little edgier and as always sexually laced, albeit this time with a little heavier S&M theme rather than the old schoolgirl hotness. Although it is completely danceable and a good enough track, we still think Britney is trying just a tad too hard to be relevant.
