Site of the Day: 1DL

1DL.US offers several helpful tools. The first one is a handy Info tab. It shows information about your computer and browser.

There is a Chat feature that creates a simple, throw-away chat room. Your friends won’t need to have the same chat program. There is a Pastebin for sharing text or programming code.

The site has Password Utilities that can measure password strength. You can also generate a random password. There’s even a URL shortener for sharing long Web links easily.

A picture uploader lets you share pictures. And the site has a temporary 24-hour e-mail feature. Use the provided e-mail address for anonymity when signing up on other sites. This is one site you’re going to want to bookmark for all the great tools.

Site of the Day: Should I Watch

Football season is here once more. It’s time to break out the jerseys and cheer on your team. Unfortunately, life can get busy. And you may end up recording some games instead.

Some people want to watch their team no matter what. But others don’t like seeing their team get massacred. Or they just don’t like lopsided games in general. But how do you know what kind of game it is?

This site gives you the answer. Select the game you recorded. Then select a point variance for one or both teams. For example, your team lost by 20 points.

The site tells you if you should watch the game or not. But it doesn’t give you the final score—unless you ask. So you’ll know it’s a good game to watch without it being ruined.

Site of the Day: TerraCycle

TerraCycle makes affordable, eco-friendly products from a wide range of different non-recyclable waste materials. Send in your garbage, they make it into stuff and charities get money too. Usually when something sounds too good to be true we get concerned, but this company has partners with some of the largest companies in the world and is doing good things.

Site of the Day: 0 Views

Today’s site is a lot like watching a train wreck, you just cant turn away. You get sucked into a giant vortex of suckiness as 0 Views presents YouTube videos with zero views. Some are funny, some are just sad, but generally they just suck so bad that you have to keep going on to the next one and the next one until your mind is just a vortex of video suck. Have fun :)

Site of the Day: Bing Games

There are a lot of game sites out there, we even have one of our own over at GamezNutz.com, however, nothing beats Bing for playing a quick flash game without getting bugged to death by ads etc. Bing entertainment is a collection of high-quality Web-based games. You’ll find everything from card games to arcade and adventure games.

It also has popular Internet classics like Bejeweled 2. And there is even a demo of one of my favorites, Plants vs.. Zombies. I spent an hour playing through that before writing this actually.

So if you just want to play a quick game, head on over and check out Bing Games.
