Beautiful Northern Lights Time Lapse

One of the most beautiful things you can see, this is an amazing time lapse of the Aurora Borealis otherwise known as the Northern Lights. The lights are named after the Roman Goddess of dawn, Aurora for good reason as you can see.

The Aurora from Terje Sorgjerd on Vimeo.

I spent a week capturing one of the biggest aurora borealis shows in recent years.

Shot in and around Kirkenes and Pas National Park bordering Russia, at 70 degree north and 30 degrees east. Temperatures around -25 Celsius. Good fun.

Big thanks to the guys over at http://dynamicperception.com for their amazing all-in-one motion control dolly.

Armed Robbery 101: A Primer

When committing a robbery, it is important to be aware of your surroundings. Like maybe make sure there is not a cop standing right behind you as you try to take the money. This may seem like a minor detail, but as you will see below not everyone pays attention in class.

* please note, we are not actually teaching a class in armed robbery, but we just think you should always be prepared.

This Week on DVD: Skyline

Though Skyline was not reviewed well, it is a very good movie for what it is, that is an alien invasion movie. It is like the reviewers were expecting Gone With The Wind?

Skyline’s aliens are relentless, powerful, and genocidal, much closer to reality than we might like to think. Reviewers wanted to have an explanation, but what alien invasion force is going to tell you why? They simply do not care if we know why, do we explain to the cockroaches why we use Raid?

This is action packed sci-fi eye candy and for that it succeeds quite well.

In the sci-fi thriller "Skyline," strange lights descend on the city of Los Angeles, drawing people outside like moths to a flame where an extraterrestrial force threatens to swallow the entire human population off the face of the earth.

Check out our original Skyline Review and trailers
